FluPulse™

FluPulse™ Privacy Notice

Effective on the day sign-up opens. Last updated September 2026. JWC Global Consulting LLC. [email protected].

Looking up a place

When you look up a place, the page sends us the county, state or city it matched, and we keep a daily count of lookups for each. We do not store your zip code, your IP address, or anything that identifies you.

Visits

We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to count visits. It uses no cookies and no browser storage, does not fingerprint you, and does not follow you to other sites. Cloudflare, which hosts the site, keeps standard server logs for security. The first sign-up step, where you give your email address and places, uses Cloudflare Turnstile to tell people from automated programs; to do that Cloudflare's script reads technical signals from your browser on that page only. The pages with the optional health questions load no outside script. No advertising trackers run here, and no third party collects information about your activity over time or across websites through FluPulse.

Notifications

If you sign up, we collect your email address, the places you follow and how often you want to hear from us. We use them only to send what you asked for. Service providers that deliver our email, host the site and help us operate the service, including an AI assistant, process them for us and may use them only for that. No one else receives them. We do not use them to train large language models.

Health profile and study invitations

Optional, and covered by a separate notice: Consumer Health Data Privacy Policy.

Seeing and changing your information

Use the link at the foot of any FluPulse email, or write to [email protected] from your subscribed address.

Do Not Track

FluPulse does not track visitors over time or across sites, so the site behaves the same whether or not your browser sends a Do Not Track signal.

Children

FluPulse is for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

Changes

We post the new notice here with a new effective date and email subscribers before a material change takes effect.
